  • Can a phone line to a (non voip) pbx be substituted with a voip line?

Just wondering if I could use the voip line coming from my naked dsl modem, to plug in my pbx system instead of using a direct phone line. Essentially the info pumped through the voip line from the modem is the same as a regular phone line right? so is this a work around to upgrading my existing functional pbx with an ip pbx?

  • Would you prefer the dental assistant to wipe impression material smeared on your face?

It has been mentioned that some people feel uncomfortable having their face cleaned by another person. Should the dentist hand you a mirror so you can clean up after they've painted your face with impression material? Or does the dental assistant cleaning the goop off not bother you?

  • Do you normally empty your house before getting it raised?

I'm thinking of getting my house raised (ie lifted so that it can be built under as a 2nd story). Is it customary to move all of your gear into storage while this is happening, or can you leave the stuff in your house while its being lifted and built under?
