I've been getting calls every day from a law office that's not for me or anybody listed under my house or phone number. The person is a family member but does not reside with me. I told the lady there is no one listed under my roof under that name or under our number. But she continues to harass me with phone calls and keeps leaving me messages. I told this family member to give them a call and settle it but she said she already did and yet they still continues to harass me every day with calls and messages. Can I report them to someone and make them stop calling? I don't want to change numbers cause everybody knows my number and it would be too much to change everything like credit cards, bills, banks, doctors office etc for just their harassment calls.

of the mall. We purchased 2 phones and wanted to activate it on Aug 4th..the day after our expired contract w/ another phone service so that we don't get fined the cancellation fee. The salesperson was rushing through it because he has a final exam to catch after work and he activated ONE phone too early and completely cancelled my phone number with my other service(we wanted to switch our old # over). He didn't notice it until he already configured everything and couldn't change it. He also added features that we TOLD him not to add on one phone but on the other. But he made a mistake and added it to the wrong phone #. He had to go so his other coworker took over and said he will be a witness of everything the guy did. So he went over to another stand of our OLD service and asked if we were charged a cancellation fee. They said they didn't see anything at the time, so he said ok we are good to go and if we are charged for it to come back and speak to him. SO, a month later, and we get hit up with $200 bill of cancellation fee. We go back and asked for the manager but the assistant manager said that we have to talk with the guy. So we talked to him and he said, "It's not my problem....." and then he said, "I'll handle it tomorrow morning when I come to work." Frankly saying it like it's not his problem but HE was the one who accidentally activated our phone and caused this cancellation fee. The problem is, we don't have any written proof, but we do have the guy that works there who knows what is going on, not sure if he will help us though. Is there any way if they don't pay for the cancellation fee that we can sue them so that we don't have to pay for cancellation fee that their worker DID cause for us to be charged and win?

And he did not go over the whole plan with us...even though we asked him to go over the insurance policy and everything...he did not go over it with us. The only reason we purchased from him is because it was cheap for us. Now, we are stuck paying for the phone and it's costing us a lot to just repair it...we asked about the warranty and he said it would cover everything...turns out...it didn't cover physical damage. He gave me the wrong information! When I called customer service, they couldn't take my complaint over the phone and said there was no line for complaints. And when I looked online...there was! How stupid is that!!!!!! Who likes T-mobile? And who hates it? Give me reasons why?

What would you do if you see your sister's sis in law checking out your husband? Would you tell her to stop flirting with him? Or would you just excuse it, as long as she's not doing anything to him? What do you think?

Life happened, my sister and Greg broke up but were still strong in feelings with each other. Well, her best friend married a guy for 2 years in AZ. Once she came back to visit, we all hung out in a group together, including Greg and all. Well, my sister caught her best friend kissing Greg and stormed out of the house and left. When I walked in, they were just acting like nothing happened. Her friend was married and kissed this guy! Anyway, after that incident, she left back to AZ and decided to divorce her husband. I asked her why and she said cause she doesn't love him anymore. Not so long afterwards, she hooked up with Greg(the guy she cheated on her husband with). My sister is still pretty pissed about this, but her friend is saying not to be. Is she worth being friends with or should she be considered the other B word?

Group A thought it was gonna be a fun time. But once they started playing, group B started playing rough. From my point of view, it seemed like group B were just showing off because the guys they all like to flirt with were there and from the looks of group A, they wasn't having a fun time after that. What do you guys think? Is it considered showing off in front of the boys or is it just competative?

I did some research, and the Hmong people played a very huge part during the Vietnam War helping the American Secret Service with the war. After discovering their participation with the American government, the Lao-communist government is now trying to exterminate all Hmong people, but trying to keep it under wraps from the U.N. Hmong people are regular farming people who live in the mountains of Laos. If you look up Hmong Genocide on Youtube, you'll find very cruel videos and documentary of their torture.
