i'm a 17 year old girl, but i want a more masculine build, not stocky, but lean muscle. i know females have an extra layer of fat than males and i want to get rid of it (without going anorexic) and have a leaner more defined look. my biggest problem is my hips thighs and stomach :( and i dont know what kind of workout and diet to plan. can you help? i just need some workout and eating plans or advice im willing to do anything to have a better veiw of my self(i hate being a girl), and impress my GF i wont get to see untill the fall. please help?
