The phone rings and a non human voice says they have an urgent or important message from Telstra for such and such. I hung up.
Then 15 minutes later the phone rings again, non human voice asks for you to press such and such if you are not the one they are calling about. Then they ask you to press another button which puts you on hold while you are supposed to get the person they called to talk to. I hug up at this point.
About 15 minutes BEFORE ALL THIS some Phillipino or call centre person called and asked if you are happy with the service from your bank. Then asks how long you have been with the bank, then asks for your name. My mum hung up at that point. Anyone know anything about this rubbish. no survey talk just straight in with the questions..
