I’m gonna bake a little cake for a friend and I was thinking to just bake it into a round foil pan I found instead of using a metal pan and then transferring it to a plate. Call me stupid, but can I bake the cake directly in this, or do I still have to end up baking it in the metal pan then transferring it?

I recall about 30 years ago being able to buy almond, strawberry and orange flavored champagnes and they made fantastic champagne floats on hot summer days. I don't seem to see those around anymore, though.
