  • Why is my body so delicate?

    I’m very slight naturally (half Japanese) but I find it hard to gain weight and my body is overall quite weak and succeptible to illness. I also have aches and pains in my back and neck. I’m only 20 and eat healthily but do minimal exercise. Suggestions for strengthening myself? Thanks :)
