He started blowing up my phone saying he's so sorry and how it was a mistake and kept trying to call me. I eventually met up with him to talk about it because he kept begging. He broke down crying and said he doesnt know why he did it and he loves me and stuff, but im so confused like wtf? Is this cheating or not? we weren't OFFICIALLY together but we both told each other we werent talking to other people and acted like a couple.

  • Should I put "Miss" before my friend's name. She's 15. And I'm sending her a package. Is it a cool idea or should I just put her name?

Best answer: "Miss" is the proper title for an unmarried woman. "Ms." is also acceptable for an adult woman who chooses to use it, or whose marital status you don't know. It's a matter of personal preference. It won't hurt anyone whether you use it or not. It's not a formal piece of mail so... show more

It's a matter of personal preference. It won't hurt anyone whether you use it or not. It's not a formal piece of mail so there's no "need" to use it, but go ahead and use it if you wish.

He doesn’t have the maturity of a typical 10 year old. The problem is that people are worried about his safety AND he says some pretty inappropriate things on there. This is all fun and games to him. He openly said that he used this website to talk to strange people, which is how others found out.

I have a 4 year old son. Hes an absolute sweetheart and so loving, but theres one thing I believe may affect his sweetness and positivy and that’d be his father. My son is with me majority of the time, he goes with his father 2x a week, sometimes more because I want them to have a bond but I cant keep pushing the fact that his father is aggressive with him away. I was shocked when I found out he even had to be with his father considering his fathers past history wih the law- assault - multiple times. Hes also been diagnosed eith bi polar disorder and was ordered to take anger management classes which he still goes to but unfortunately i see no change. Some weeks hes good with my son, other times I fear what my son goes through or might have to face in his fathers wrath. He gets upset that my son doesnt like him but my son has explained to me and him that its because he yells at him and grabs and hurts his arms when trying to stop him from moving, again my child is 4. He gets seemingly mad for no reason and needs to control my son, any sign of disobedience and he loses it. Is there anything I can do? Its been years and his dad isnt changing, if fear for my son and Im also fearing for my familys life. He owns countless guns and pointed one at my sister who doesn’t like him. Im scared if I go to court and we get full custody his father will come kill us. Im scared his father will hurt him in the middle of an episode. Im lost

I understand that it has always been the tradition for the brides family to cover the cost of the wedding. But, it has also always been the tradition for a man to pay on dates, hold the door, etc. Very few young men are chivalrous in this way. Oftentimes, women are expected to pay for their portion of the meal when on dates. Personally, I have paid my half for every date past the very first few. That being said, times have certainly changed, however, I was wondering if expecting the brides family to pay for the wedding is an outdated tradition? I really hate to be cheap in this situation, however, weddings are always very costly (average $40,000) and I come from a family of 6 girls. My parents simply cannot afford it even if we get a great deal and pay half of the average price. I am also worried that the grooms family will be somewhat judgmental if we decide to go the less expensive route and spend what is in our price range. Many of them have not met my family or myself and I don't want to come across as tacky. Yet, I am unsure of whether or not they would be more upset if they found out that my side of the family wasn't able to pick up the entire tab. Would it be terrible to split the cost of the wedding with the grooms family?

I really hate my parents. I get into a lot of fights with them and sometimes leads me being kicked out if the house. My mom yells at me everyday about not getting awards or finding out that I played videogames without her permission. Just recently, I got in a fight with them because I bought McDonalds without their permission with my money that I earned. That lead to me deciding not to go to disneyworld with them (it was our summer vacation). I was scared if I went, I wouldn't have much fun due to her constant yelling for the smallest things. However, she had already bought the tickets for flight and the parks. When I told her, it turned into a full blown argument (mainly her yelling). Afterwards, she told me that she wasn't going to pay for me and told me to pay her back for the tickets and housing. She took the money that I had earned working at my cousin's restaurant (around $405). Not only that, but she said I had to pay back all of the things she bought that wasn't required by law (including a $5000 violin). She also said that I wasn't allowed to work in my cousin's restauant and I had to find some other job to pay back all of that money. Is this legal? If so, does anyone know any jobs that a 15 year old could have or is willing to offer one. I can't seem to find any. I live in Catonsville Maryland. Thank you for reading and understanding. I hope no one would have to deal with these types of problems with their parents or kids.

Listen I want to apologize for the previous messages I've sent you about me having problems with this particular person I was telling you about a few years ago, I did eventually forgave him for what happened and made amends with him sometime before I've moved, I also learned that I should never try to change myself to impress others and to get them to like me. I also want to apologize for doing something that has caused you to block me on Facebook, the last thing I've meant to do was disrespect you because you're a really nice, cool person who is a lot of fun to be around and I admire your ability of wanting to succeed and to do well in life." In reality this person doesn't know what they did wrong and wants to make amends with his old friend who blocked him on Facebook.

Ever since I was a child, my mom and both parents had high expectations from me. I've always been a good student scoring A's and staying away from trouble but nothing was ever enough. I'm not so pretty and I remember my mom taking sides of people calling me ugly and stuff and it really used to hurt me amd lowered my self-esteem to the point I was afraid of looking at myself in the mirror. Whenever she had a fight with my dad, she used to blame me for it. Now we planned a trip somewhere, so I woke up and told my mom I'll be ready when they want me to be and went back to my room. When I came back a couple hours later, she looked mad and to make talk I said you should've told me the plan was cancelled. Well, she never talked to me for a couple of days and then she called me a *****, a prostitue and threatened to kill me. And when I asked what I did, she said I was disobedient and never listen to her and cancelled the plan by going into my room and then she started slapping herself and now everyone is blaming me. Idk what I've done when I clearly told her to just tell me that?

We've told im before that we would to know so we can coordinate his visit with our busy schedule. The only way we knew he was coming this time is because his daughter told us that he and bought airplane tickets to visit in a week. I'm and getting to sick and tired of him doing this. I want to be able to enjoy the time when he is here visiting and not be irritated by him being so inconsiderate. how would you feel? Who continues to do this?
