  • Will i get a heart attack from eating really unhealthy?

Best answer: It's certainly not a good idea to eat this way long term. Off and on it probably won't hurt you.
You may just want to think about considering this kind of food a 'treat' in the future.

I'm your height (adult) and my best weight is actually 145, even though I have more of a medium frame. I look underweight if I go below 135, and if I'm carrying a little extra muscle, I look really good into the mid 150s.

So, body composition matters. Eat healthy and be active, and you should be fine. If you feel you're carrying a few extra pounds, change your lifestyle a bit to get rid of them.

My husband and I have been married for 5 years. Since that time he went from obese to very obese (now around 580 lbs) and I went from overweight to obese (around 415 lbs). I got this heavy from adapting to his diet and lifestyle—we love spending time together, and since he loves to sit and eat, I started moving less and eating more. I bring him food since it’s hard on him to walk without help, and we eat together. It takes 3-4 plates per meal for him to feel full. He can only eat from bed or the couch because of his size, so it’s easy for us to fall asleep after meals. I know the food we’re eating is very bad for us, but at this point we both can’t help ourselves. So far today we had eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, and hashbrowns for breakfast, cinammon buns and muffins as a snack. For lunch he had 2 large pepperoni pizzas and brownies, and I had a medium cheese and brownies. We both napped and since then have been munching on leftover Mac and cheese. For dinner he wants takeout Chinese, which I’m about to order. And then we normally have a late night meal after dinner followed by more snacks. We tried to diet before. I was able to cut back a little, but he couldn’t cut back at all. I’m worried for our health. He can’t walk without me helping him, and I’m worried I’ll end up his size too. The other day I was walking to the living room and got so out of breath I had to pause in the hallway, and lean against a wall to catch my breath. How do we make a change?

Hi! I'm starting Alternate Day Fasting tomorrow where I eat 600 calories a day or less Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and only drink water and eat nothing Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'll also continue my workout routine of walking at a speed of 4mph for an hour everyday except Sunday which is my rest day, along with a one and half hour cool down walk after the gym. I currently weigh 102lbs (7st 4) and am 5ft 1.7, down from 108lbs (7st 10) 3 weeks ago. How much weight do you think I'll lose in the first 10 days? And in 4 or 5 weeks? And before anyone says it no I don't want therapy, quite happy self destructing. Just want facts about weight loss thanks! :)

Everything in the list depends on each other.

1.) Training almost every or every day will STRENGTEN your muscles, more time during day/night more.
2.) Your muscles will require amino components to use for building blocks, which is slower process than spending energy. Even consuming pure full palette micronized amino will not go everything in every part of the tortured muscle.
3.) Pure Caffeine and highly Alkaline Minerals and Metals helps in transport of simpler/ready than amino compounds to the desired destination.
4.) If you consume more than your muscles and organism require, will be convert and stored as energy mostly named incomplete fat. Consuming the rest of the amino (other than Glycine, Hydroxyproline, Proline) during rest will be created healthy tissue which can be used in the future from the organs and later muscles.
