• How do you start a talk show?

Best answer: Throw something up on YouTube and build an audience. You can either monetize that or use that to springboard into broadcast/syndicated TV. But you'd have to be very good and very lucky. Only one way to test that out though - just do it.

Best answer: Yes it's a scam. Unless you are paying on the Ebay site you will be scammed. If someone messaged you telling you to send them the number of an Ebay card it's a scam

Those Ebay cards are to add money to YOUR Paypal account so you can buy on Ebay. It has nothing to do with the seller

"Here's how to use your eBay gift card to pay for purchases on eBay:
Log in to your eBay account.
Click Pay Now for the item you're buying.
Enter the 13-digit redemption code, then click Apply.
Click Continue to proceed to PayPal.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Review the payment details and click Confirm and Pay."

The seller doesn't know that you are paying with an Ebay card because the sale goes through Paypal. It's none of the seller's business how you get the money into your Paypal account -- from your bank account, from your credit card or from an Ebay card.

Anyone asking you to pay with an Ebay card is scamming you. Tell them you don't need an Ebay card as you have money in your Paypal account already and will ONLY pay through the Ebay website with your Paypal account.

Could be legit, most likely is. But unless you know the web site and know that's it's legit, I'd bypass the survey as it could be a scam. Better safe than sorry.

Best answer: Let's start with the fact that you created a store that is now competing with thousands of other similar stores (plus WalMart, Amazon, eBay, etc.). What possibly makes your store unique. Can you compete with other online stores on price or variety? If the answer to both is no, your outlook is not rosy. Can you comepte on customer service and if so, how? Are your products unique - if I can find the same product somewhere else for even 10 cents less, I will go with the other store. Do you have a wide range of products - if I can only choose between a few models or designs, I will go elsewhere. How hard is it to find a product - if I have to click or jump through hoops to find what I am looking for, I will go elsewhere. Is your website optimized for search engines - if you are not coming up on page one or two of Google, people will buy from the sites that come up before yours. Once you get these questions answered and problems fixed, then you can promote. There are many ways to promote web sites - usually the most effective is through social media (do you have a Facebook page just for your store? A Twitter account). Is there a reason besides buying stuff that people would visit your site - you can promote that through Facebook and Twitter without blatantly pushing your store in people's faces. For example, your products revolve around phones - are you writing blog posts about new phones, new accessories, etc.? If not, I have no reason to visit your store and you have nothing to post to Twitter or Facebook that is of interest. Just putting a store in the internet is not a guarantee of success, people want to see content and content is hard work.

I took a marketing class today... And one of the things we talked about was how marketing can be used as a way to divide, isolate, cut off, and label for discrimination purposes. The teacher asked me what my problem is, with cool, youthful colors, logos and symbols used on government websites, marketing websites, and on products intended to get people under the age of 25 to use their opportunities and to buy things... My answer to the teacher was.... Did she have such marketing strategies used on her, when she applied for a job ? Did she have that marketing strategy used on her, to get her to buy mundane products? She said no... So I said.... Then this is what they are used for. They are used to create a visual difference between my application, and yours, so that they can easily label my application as coming from somebody that they want to deny equality to, and throw it in the trash Its used to create a record of who buys what, so that they can provide less employment and credit and financing opportunity to people who buy things like video games, iPad and iPod, and eBooks It is used to violate people's rights to vote.. They call it young democrats, or young republicans and so on and so forth.. So the political parties can just achieve their agendas, and don't have to represent people of school, or college age. That's my problem with predatory, age and generation based marketing, and that's part of why If I want something, I just man up and go get it, the real deal.
