  • No backlight on my ac remote?

I just bought this ac brand name Gree. It's 1800 btu/h (1.5 ton). And the remote control came with it doesn't have light and I'm unable to see anything at night when my room's lights are off. Should I contact the company?

  • Do I need a step down transformer or is a plug adapter good enough ?

I got a Griffin Twenty 2.1 amp imported from US to UK but it came with a US wall plug which I forgot. On the device it says Input:120V - 60Hz 1A It doesn't mention that is dual volt so I'm kinda worried to use the adapter plug.

  • Why is my cellphone time always faster than any quartz clock that I own?

Best answer: No clock is absolutely accurate.

Some are deliberately made to run a little fast so you won't be late for appointments.

Want the most accurate time available?
    Use https://time.gov.
I have it on my Favourites list.

Take a 24 hour (or thereabouts) ferry crossing from northern England to Sweden or Norway and you could indeed be inside Russia with a further 15 hours of driving.
