• Do you agree with me that people who get tattoos are idiots?

Tattoos are disgusting, and I would never date a woman who has one.

I'm just concerned about what there reactions would be after I get it even if they already said no and the tattoos I already have on the sides of my neck I got it without there permission but this was a long time ago and after they seen it they didn't get as mad as I thought they would so I just want to know if you were in my situation would you still get it or no? And although half of my neck is already tatted up and then I get my throat done would it be a big difference?

  • Why do many people get tattoos?

These same tattoo people more than likely smoke cigarettes too. Most of society is trash. Turn on your TV and follow primetime television and hit shows. It's geared toward morons. Look at how popular social media is like Snapchat and Instagram. Again, geared towards morons. Morons get tattoos. They probably pop prescription pills, anti depressants and drink alcohol every night to 'take the edge off...'

  • Is it normal for my tattoo to start doing this?

    Best answer: Yes, its normal.
Ink is under the skin, so it will look just a touch faded from when you originally got it once its fully healed.
Healing tattoos look really weird too. Continue to follow your artist's aftercare instructions and you will be fine.

They have to give proof of this.

But remember, even if the state allows this, there's no guarantees an artist's will tattoo an underager - artists can refuse just about anything.

When getting a sleeve done, is the whole tattoo usually done in stencil first? Or does that not apply with sleeves

I live in a small city. Very local. I have a friend in Pittsburg though that I visit a lot. Well I'm looking to get a new tattoo and I was wondering if the prices varies a lot when it comes to small areas versus bigger areas.
