I have leftover crawfish - its still got the shell and its in the freezer. How do I reheat it to eat it? Thanks

Just season your water and bring it to a rolling boil. Dump the crawfish in and bring it back to a soft boil and remove them. they will be hot without being overcooked.

Put about an inch of water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the crawfish and cook about 10 to 15 minutes. The key here is to make sure you don't use too much water (you don't want to boil them but steam them) or you will wash out the flavor.

Use a steamer basket, put about 3/4 inch water in pot, put steamer basket in, put crawfish in, put top on pot and bring to a boil--steam for at least 5 minutes. The crawfish will be to wet if you put them directly into the water.

You can reheat them in foil in the oven, or over steam heat.
