10:30 - 1 rasberry yoplait yogurt

12:30 - 2 egg whites, 1 slice (sandwich) ham,1 slice cheddar cheese (like a breakfast sandwhih w/ no bread)

2:15 - a pear

7:00 - chicken, string beans, and a 1/4 of pasta
