How can I talk to my fourteen-year-old sister about drugs and alcohol when she resists me?

Yesterday, I wanted to talk to her, since she was officially done with school, and was technically a high school freshman, and I told her I wanted to talk to her. She asked, "About what?" and I told her I wanted to talk to her about drugs and alcohol and high school. She asked "Why?" and I told her because I cared about her, and then she began raising her voice and yelling at me, saying that I didn't care about her or my family, because if I did, I wouldn't have began drinking and smoking and going out and getting drunk and high and getting arrested and nearly giving my dad a heart attack. I've tried talking to her since then, but she's resisting. She won't talk to me, and she refuses to even speak to me, as civil as I'm trying to be. How can I get her to talk to me, or should I just let it go?
