I'm 14 and want to lose weight?

I'm a girl, 5'5 and 177 pounds. I have 4 weeks of summer school left, and six weeks of break before I go back to school. My overall goal is to weigh 145 pounds. I have a treadmill in my house. It's upstairs and makes a lot of noise. lol Its so old, but works. I also need help with my diet because were on a tight budget at the moment. So what can I do and eat to lose two pounds a week? My doctor wanted me to lose weight quite a few months back, but I got bigger... I go back to her in September, but I know I won't lose that much weight by that time. I wanna do what I can. 125 is actually underweight for me. According to my doctor, I have a large body frame. I think people should take their body frame in consideration sometimes. Idk if i'm wrong or not, but i'm pretty small for my weight.
