"She claims that she doesn't desire eating any dead living thing on her plate"
Oh, like the dead plants in her salad? Unless she's going to go outside and graze on plants like a cow, she's always eating dead things.
Anyways if she wants to go vegan, tell her the requirements are:
* She meet with her doctor or a dietician to make sure she's eating properly. That means she'll have to learn how to eat a proper diet as a vegan. Accompany her on these appointments. If she cannot satisfy her doctor's requirements while eating as a vegan, then she'll have to stop being vegan. (maybe she can go back to being vegetarian and eat eggs, for instance.)
* She does all her own shopping (or at least go with you to pick out her own food), her own cooking, and yes, her own cleaning.
