Well, first of all, stop googling your symptoms. If you have a serious problem, go to a dentist. If you google your symptoms, you can go down a very wrong path. Even a doctor shouldn't necessarily diagnose themselves. Your own mind is biased and inclined to believe one diagnosis over another. And also, you may not necessarily be skilled enough to determine your own symptoms. For example, I've basically never seen swollen gums and I rarely examine people's normal gums (I'm not a dentist) I couldn't be trusted to tell the difference between the two. I couldn't pick my own gums out of a line up.
Cow milk is a good source of fat, calcium and vitamin D. You can get these things elsewhere. It's not required for human health. What's more, it wouldn't make sense if it was (it's a different species) Milk is good if you need extra fat, calcium and vitamin D. If you don't, it's pointless.
