Don't forget your B12. No B12 can cause death and/or severe gastrointestinal symptoms. It's worth noting that the fortified version of B12 found in many fortified foods may not be absorbed by some people, which is why you talk to a doctor or dietician before doing a diet change. If you feel like **** after cutting meat, better see your doctor, because you might need some B12 shot, Ferritin, iron, etc. or you might die. Eating meat again won't be enough if you really are missing those nutrients. You will need the shots.
