Happen to be malnourished?

I've being dairy-free and egg-free for over a year and getting my Vitamin D and Calcium from other sources, take only fish oil tablets, almond milk, coconut milk and different foods, plenty vegetables. I talked to one of my friends about my symptoms and they said it looks like I'm malnourished. I talked to one of my friends about my symptoms and they said it looks like I'm malnourished. But if I can't have dairy due to not being able to digest it then how am I supposed to stop being malnourished like what am I supposed to do?!

I tried taking Calcium with Magnesium supplements but they were just making me kinda ill so I know my body can't accept them. What can I do as I don't want to take yoghurt or anything cos of how the dairy Industry is doing things.
