The problem is you being obese, hon. Just exercise why don't you?
Being fat is not merely an "appearance problem", it is a health and fitness problem, its a lifestyle problem.
Obesity is a MEDICAL problem.
If you eat in moderation and do not engage in gluttony... If you exercise hard and do not engage in continual laziness/idleness... if you sleep well and don't do drugs or smoking or alcohol (or you quit)... if you can manage these 4 things, (good eating and lots of water, good exercise, drug free, and enough sleep) then you will become in shape very quickly.
The problem is not your "appearance" alone. It is also a health risk.
Obesity kills tens of thousands of people a year. That's exponentially more than the amount of people killed by mass shooters, or even guns in general.
PS: Good exercise includes both intense weightlifting, hard long distance exercising, and also sprinting/fast twitch muscle fiber activation.
PPS: Having a good diet is not about any fad diet- its about eating an equal portion of fruits, veggies, meat, and bread, with a little dairy thrown in, with minimal sugars, no processed foods, no fast food, no chemicals, etc. The only exception is I guess you can buy lunch meat that has a few chemicals, (Turkey or chicken) but you should make sure the rest of your stuff is healthy- natural fruit, either frozen or fresh. But not "oh I got a sugary yogurt parfait from mcdonalds, and it has fruit in it, lol". No. Thats what fat people do.
