When you got your car, you were supposed to have one installed. If you have a car at the time, that is the car it should be installed in. Since you didn't have one, when you did buy one, it was your responsibility to COMPLY with the court order and have one installed. You KNOW that or you should know that. Since you seem to be rather dense about it, did you even ASK your lawyer to explain it to you, since you didn't then own a car? A judge's job is not to advise you. That is what your lawyer is for and lawyers are not mind-readers. If you did not understand, it is your responsibility to ask.
