Obese hubby can’t walk...his diet is out of control? Help?

I’ve been happily married to my wonderful hubby for 4 years. In that time we’ve had 4 beautiful kids. He was a big guy (around 400 lbs) when we met but has really gained. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around it but he’s now pushing 600 lbs. He can’t really walk anymore so the kids and I bring him food to bed or the couch, and it takes a lot to fill him up. I’ve tried denying him food but I usually give in, or if I don’t he gets one of the kids to bring it. He eats every 2 hours or so when he gets hungry. This was yesterday:

Morning:
-3 donuts, 2 plates of fried eggs, sausage, bacon
-2 ham and cheese croissants, hash browns
-leftover Mac and cheese
-oreos

Afternoon:
-2 quarter pounders with cheese, 2 large fries, 2 apple pies, and 20 piece nuggets
-2 liter Diet Coke
-3 slices of cake
-chips

Evening:
-one large meat lovers pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, and cinnamon sticks
-3 cans of beer, one diet coke
-2 plates of meat lasagna
-3 donuts

Night:
-he finished off the lasagna (half a tray)
-he ordered Chinese take out—pork fried rice and pork dumplings

I’m really worried about my husbands health. If he keeps eating this badly he’s gonna die. And I just found out I’m pregnant. His sister is moving in with us because 5 kids and having to wait on him hand and foot is gonna be too much.

How do I get him to change? My mom says I should keep supporting him until he decides to make a change, which is what I’ve been doing, but it hurts to see him so heavy he can’t walk.
