I don't care what your "disabilities" are, or that you were denied "benefits". You used your parents' credit card without their knowledge and approval (that's theft), and you signed (their names, I suppose) for everything you charged on it. That's credit card fraud. Charges of identify theft and credit card fraud were filed against you, and now Bank of America is coming after you for payment in full, plus interest.
Having a learning disability, anxiety, and being bipolar with no "benefits" doesn't give you a "pass". You knew what you were doing was wrong, at the time you did it.
You're nothing more than a common criminal. You committed a crime, and you can be sentenced to prison for a long time for doing so, if you don't pay Bank of America every penny they say you owe them; and, believe me, Bank of America WILL prosecute!
